The EPS team is here to assist Agencies, Boards, and Commissions that have limited procurement delegation. This is an effort to better support these agencies as they deliver on their respective missions.
This team benefits these areas by:
- Provide dedicated SPO personnel to support contracting needs
- Improve customer satisfaction
- Develop a regular cadence for communication and planning
- Represent this group on state contract renewals, solicitations, and issues
- Standardize processes and develop procurement training specifics
- Develop uniformity in engaging with suppliers
