Determinations Library
Great news, the SPO Determinations Library is now available on our website in addition to the folder in the SPO Library Google Drive to spotlight the determinations templates! The purpose of the SPO Library is to have a central repository for documents, forms, and templates for procurement and contract needs that are accessible to and available for use by the State of Arizona procurement state governmental units. This was a cross-agency Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Project for Fiscal Year 2023. The project team's scope was to pilot determination templates that procurement officers may use and issue during their procurement activities.
While other governmental units may use these templates, the processes described in these documents are primarily meant to provide guidance to Arizona state agencies, boards, and commissions. Please consult with your legal counsel to see if these are appropriate for your individual agency prior to use.
